Green Frog :: Cabernet Sauvignon
Made
under a traditional elaboration and high personal
supervision by our enologist.
Grapes in this area must bear
sunny days and cool nights, thus making it a product
of a very high quality. Color dark violet, smelling of
sour cherries, dried fruit, ripe tannins and soft
pepper.
The final touch of clove and
vanilla is outstanding in the mixture of flavors.
As well as Malbec, they are special
to accompany strong cheese, red and/or wild meat
and spicy pasta. It must be drunk at a temperature of between 18ºC
and 20ºC.
